You can visit any provider, pay out-of-pocket, and submit receipts through our app for reimbursement—or request care directly through a Kurv Health clinic with no co-pays for a seamless experience.
Can I visit any doctor, hospital, or pharmacy?
Yes! You have the freedom to visit any provider. If you choose a Kurv Health clinic, you’ll enjoy fully covered visits with no co-pays. If you visit a different doctor, hospital, or pharmacy, simply submit your receipt or bill through the app, and we’ll reimburse you directly.
How does reimbursement work?
If you’ve already paid for care, upload your receipt in the Kurv Health app, and we’ll reimburse you quickly. If you haven’t paid yet, submit your bill from any pharmacy, hospital, or clinic, and we’ll handle the reimbursement for you.
Is Kurv Health a replacement for Medicare or Medicaid?
No, Kurv Health is not a replacement for Medicare or Medicaid. Our membership is designed to provide a simpler, more affordable alternative to traditional insurance, but it does not replace government healthcare programs. If you’re enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, we recommend checking with your provider to see if Kurv Health is a good fit for you.
