Code of Conduct

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

At Kurv Health, we are dedicated to redefining the healthcare experience by making high-quality, affordable care accessible to our members. As we grow and expand our services, our mission remains the same: to foster trust, ensure transparency, and empower individuals in their healthcare journey. Integrity is at the core of everything we do.

Kurv Health is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring that our members, healthcare providers, employees, and business partners can rely on us for fairness and honesty.

This Code of Conduct outlines the principles that guide our operations. Each team member has a duty to uphold these standards and report any suspected violations of our policies, ethical concerns, or potential breaches of regulations. Kurv Health enforces a strict non-retaliation policy for anyone who reports concerns in good faith. If you have any concerns, please speak with your manager, the Compliance Department, or use the anonymous compliance hotline.

Please familiarize yourself with Kurv Health’s Code of Conduct and hold yourself and your colleagues accountable. Our culture of integrity and transparency depends on our collective commitment to doing what is right.
